OPERATIONS/BAND SUPPORT
Director: Gregory Pastitshi
The SIFN Director of Operations oversees the operations of SIFN and assists department Managers and Directors with carrying out their duties and functions. The Director of Operations reports to the SIFN Chief and Council and is a non-voting member in meetings, offering information, advice and support as needed. In the intervening time between Band Council meetings, the Director of Operations carries out the decisions of, and acts in the interest of the SIFN Council – communicating with Directors where appropriate and within operational guidelines established by Band Council direction or resolutions (BCR). All Directors and Managers report to the Director of Operations.

The HR Director ensures compliance with Personnel Policy and Procedures in keeping with strategic plans of chief and council and rules and regulations.
Management Committee
This committee is comprised of senior staff of SIFN and is responsible for consistent day – to – day application of the Personnel Policy. Members are:

- Directors of all Departments
- Director of Finance
Selection Committee
This Committee oversees all candidate selection processes under this policy and is comprised of:

- Director of Department or designate
- Representative from Personnel Committee
