Out of respect and sorrow for the Tshakapesh and Gabriel families who are suffering the loss of their beloved Everly, the Election Code meeting on December 6, 2022 was cancelled. Our hearts are with them.
A new date has been agreed upon for 2023 – Wednesday, January 18 from 1 to 6 pm. at the Community Youth Network (CYN)
Please come prepared to make the SIFN Custom Election Code yours.
Consider this event like you are going to vote at an election, because in essence you are. You will be voting on the very foundation of your democratic government for Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation. It represents a big step towards self governance for your community.
